Given :-

A lawn is rectangular in shape and measures 36 m by 27 m. If one bag of fertilizer covers 360 m sqr.

To Find :-

How many full bags must be purchased for the whole lawn.

Solution :-

First,

Area of rectangular = length * breadth

Area. = 36 * 27

Area. = 972 m sqr.

Than, the cost of 1 fertilizer bag could be spread in 360 m sqr.

Now,

The 1 bag could be spread of fertilizer = 360 m sqr.

Total no. of bags required = 972 / 360

= 2.7 bag

Hence,

The fertilizer required is 2.7 bag.
