Subject: Two serious issues going on in school

Sir:

I am writing this to bring to your notice two very serious issues going on in the school. The first is some boys from XII Arts stalk girls while commuting to the school. The other is the condition of girls’ washrooms is not good. The sewage pipes are leaking as a result a stink always remains in them. I on behalf of all the senior girls appeal to you to look into this and take action as the reputation of the school is at stake. Thanking you.
