Organs which were there in our ancestors but no longer present in us are vestigal...
Eg nictating membrane in eyes,tail...
Nictating membrane in frog and tail in monkeys is functional..

Organs which were present in our ancestors , but now are not present in us ,and are also of no use now are called vestigial organs.
tail, nictating membrane of eyes.
and also the appendix in the intestinal part used to be larger and longer and was of a use,
but today it has became very shorter and now it proves to be not useful anymore.
