16 square-shaped scarves of equal size out of it. What should possibly be the
length of the side of the scarf that can be made out of this piece?

It means length of one side = √9

= 3 m

= 300 cm

In that 9 m^2 you need to have 16 square

So area of one square will be 9/16 m

If area of one square = 9/16

Then length of side of the square = √(9/16)

= 3/4 m

= 75 cm

THE LENGTH OF THE SCARF WILL BE 75 cm

AND AREA OF SCARF WILL BE 9/16 m^2
