Answer:

i) 2x – 3y = - 5y

write in standard form:

2x - 3y + 5y = 0

ax + by + c = 0

a = 2

b = -3

c = 5

ii)   y - 2 = 0

    ax + by + c =0

    a = 0

    b = 1

    c =-2

This means that to find the value of a , b , c write the coefficient of x , y and constant term

Hope it helps u !!
