(i)

Let (3x/2) - (5y/3) = -2

∴ a₁ = (3/2), b₁ = (-5/3) = -2

(ii)

Let (x/3) + (y/2) = 13/6

∴ a₂ = (1/3), b₂ = (1/2), c₂ = 13/6

Now,

a₁/a₂ = (3/2) * (3/1)

        = 9/2

b₁/b₂ = (-5/3) * (1/2)

        = -5/6

As a₁/a₂ ≠ b₁/b₂, the lines representing the given pair of equations intersect at a point.

Hope this helps!
