Computers installed in an office is an example of a final good.

  • Final goods are the goods which can be used for the purpose of consumption or investment.

Example- cars and mobiles bought by individuals.

  • Intermediate goods are the goods which can be again used for production purpose or resale.

Example- mobiles bought by dealers.

  • Computers in an office are final goods because they are finished goods which are used for investment as they are of high value and used for several years for the work of the office.
