Hi!
Let the Marked Price be 'x'
Therefore the discounted price= x-x*25/100
Now we already know the given discounted price which is $1000.
So we can just equate the 2 discounted prices forming and equation to solve x.
=>x-x*25/100=1000
=>x-x*1/4=1000
=>x-x/4=1000
=>(4x-x)/4=1000
=>4x-x=1000*4
=>3x=4000
=>x=4000/3
=>x=$1333.33
Therefore the Marked price was $1333.33
Ans==$1333.33
Hope this helped!
