Let the angels of quadrilateral are 3x,4x,5x and 8x.

As we know, the sum of the all angles of a quadrilateral is 360

Now,

L1+L2+L3+L4=360

3x+4x+5x+8x=360

20x=360

x=360/20

x= 18

Now,

L1=3x=3×18=54

L2=4x=4×18=72

L3=5x=5×18=90

L4=8x=8×18= 144

Hence the angles of a quadrilateral are 54, 72, 90 and 144

OPTION-B IS CORRECT .
