Given :-

  • Area of a square is 264 cm²

To find :-

  • Length of square
  • Perimeter of square

Solution :-

As we know that

→ Area of square = side × side

→ 264 = (side)²

→ side = √264

→ side = 16.2 cm

Hence,

  • Length of square is 16.2 cm

Now,

→ Perimeter of square

→ 4 × side

→ 4 × 16.2

→ 64.8 cm

Therefore,

  • Perimeter of square is 64.8cm

Given:-

  • The area of a square = 264 cm

To Find:-

  • The length of the square
  • The Perimeter of the square

Solution:-

\green{ \underline{ \boxed{ \sf{SIDE = \sqrt { area }}}}}

\sf side =\sqrt{264}

\sf side = \sqrt{ 2\times 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 11 }

\sf side = 2\sqrt{66}

\sf{\boxed{\orange{\bold{ side = 2\sqrt{66}}}}}

\green{ \underline{ \boxed{ \sf{Perimeter = 4 \times side}}}}

\sf perimeter = 4 \times 2\sqrt{66}

\sf perimeter = 8 \sqrt{ 66 }

\sf{\boxed{\orange{\bold{ perimeter = 8\sqrt{66}}}}}
