First of all,option 3 cannot be the answer because if weight of body is<0,it would mean that the body has negative mass,which is not possible.

Now,min. apparent weight will be 0 and such a case is possible when the density of the body is equal to density of the fluid in which it is submerged.

In such a case, gravitational force acting on the body in downward direction would be equal to buoyant force acting in upward direction.

i.e. Fb = mg

As such,the body will float partially submerged in the fluid and the apparent weight would be 0.
