Mass = 135 kg

w = 13.5 kgf

v = 15×10-³ m³

¶ = 1000 kg / m³

Calculate upthrust on the block if it is held fully immersed in water .

Answer : v × e × g

= 15 × 15 × 1000 × g

= 15 kgf

b) The block will float and there will be upthrust

ut = 13.5 kgf

c) Upthrust = 13.5 kgf .
