Answer:

What if the mean of 75 numbers is 35; if each number is multiplied by 4, what is the new mean?

Friends…!

First we have to find out the sum of all 75 numbers

Mean = Sum / number of numbers

Sum = mean × no. of numbers

Sum = 35 × 75 = 2625

Each number is multiplied by 4

After multiplication of 4 in each number, their sum will be

2625 × 4 = 10500

Mean = sum/no of numbers

Now their new mean = 10500/75

Mean = 140

Answer new mean will be 140

hope will be helpful ☺️
