Given quadratic equation 4x² +4√3 x + k =0

Now compare this equation with   ax² + bx + c = 0

so that    a=4     b=4√3 x     c=k

now use the discriminant formula

b² = 4ac

now put the values in the above formula

( 4√3)²= 4(4)(k)

48=16k

48÷16=k

so, 3=k

OR,

K=3
