both regostor connected in parallel therefore voltage in both same suppose V
so Current in 2R (I1)= V/2R
current in 3R (i2) = V/3R
power in 2R (P1) = V*I1 =V*V/2R
power in 3R (P2) =V*i2 = V*V/3R
so P1/P2 =( V*V/2R)/(V*V/3R) =3/2
so P1/P2 = 3/2
so Current in 2R (I1)= V/2R
current in 3R (i2) = V/3R
power in 2R (P1) = V*I1 =V*V/2R
power in 3R (P2) =V*i2 = V*V/3R
so P1/P2 =( V*V/2R)/(V*V/3R) =3/2
so P1/P2 = 3/2

take p1 and p2 =v^2/R1,v^2/R2
v^2/2R*3R/v^2 so 3R/2R=3:2
