Email writing has a particular format which must be followed while sending mails.

Explanation:

  • Write 'From: [email protected]'
  • In the next line write 'To: [email protected]'
  • In the next line write 'Cc:' and write if there should be copies of the mail sent to different people.
  • In the next line write 'Subject: Request to resolve traffic jam at the cross roads'
  • Then leave some space, come down and on the left side write the salutation, 'Respected Sir/ Dear Sir,'
  • Leave one line after that and write the main idea/ purpose of the mail. For example, here we can write: 'Everyday there are thousands of people  passing through the crossroad at MM Road. So there is heavy traffic jam constantly at the junction. People find it very time-consuming and stressful to go through it. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve it by diverting the traffic or building a flyover to get rid of this problem.'
  • Leave a line and write a closing statement like: 'Please do the needful.'
  • Again leave a line and write the leave-taking 'Yours faithfully,'.
  • In the next line give the sender's signature image/ write the name 'Rahul Pancholi'.
