{{ {625 }^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }}^{ - \frac{1}{4} }}^{2} = {625}^{ \frac{ -1}{2} \times \frac{ - 1}{4} \times 2 } = {625}^{ \frac{1}{4} } = 5
so
5 = {0.2}^{4 - 3x} \\5 = { \frac{1}{5} }^{4 - 3x} \\ 5 = {5}^{ - (4 - 3x)} \\
so
1=3x-4
x= 5/3
