25rs item = y
so according to first condition
x + y= 63
and A.T.2nd.C.
100x + 25y = 3000
25(4x + y) = 25(120)
4x + y = 120
solving equation 1st and 2nd by substitution method
x + y = 63
×=63 - y
put the value of x in eqn 2nd
4(63-y) +y =120
4×63 - 4y+y= 120
252 - 3y =120
-3y = 120 -252
-3y= -132
3y=132
y=44
put the value of y in eqn 1st
x + 44 =63
x=63-44
x=19
25rs item = y
