cross multiply

25p + 25 \sqrt{p} = 6

then

\sqrt{p}  = x

p =   {x}^{2}

and p =x^2 is second equation.

then put the value in equation first.

25 {x}^{2}  + 25x = 6

25 {x}^{2}  + 25x - 6 = 0

25 {x}^{2}  + 30x - 5x - 6 = 0

5x(5x + 6) - 1(5 + 6)

(5x +6x )(5x - 1)

then you will get your answer..

x=1/5 and x=-6/5
