total current flowing from 10v battery is 1 ampere.

so current flowing through 12ohm resistor wii be = 1*(12/(6+12))=2/3=0.66 amperes.

potential difference between 12ohm resistor is  12*0.66=7.99volts.

Hii friend,

◆ Answer-
V2 = 12 V

◆ Explaination-
# Given-
R1 = 6 ohm
R2 = 12 ohm
R3 = 6 ohm
V = 10 V

# Solution-
Two resistors R1 & R2 are connected in parallel,
1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2
1/R = 1/6 + 1/12
R = 4 ohm

This combination is in turn connected to R3 in series -
R' = R3 + R
R' = 6 + 4
R' = 10 ohm

Current flowing through circuit -
I = V / R'
I = 10 / 10
I = 1 A

Voltage in resistor R2,
V2 = IR2
V2 = 1 × 12
V2 = 12 V

Voltage between terminals of 12 ohm resistor is 12 V.

Hope it helps...
