given : p(x) = 6x³ +19x²+13x-3

g(x) = 2x+3

To check whether g(x) is the factor of p(x)

we have to divide them  and if the remainder = 0

that means , g(x) is the factor of p(x)

using long division method , The division is shown in the attachment

here ,

on dividing we get

quotient = 3x² +5x-1

remainder = 0

since , the remainder = 0

g(x) is the factor of p(x)
