Answer:

For arranging in descending order, the denominator should be same

L.C.M. of 5, 1, 3 and 15 is 15

7/5 × 3/3 = 21/15

-2/1 × 15/15 = -30/15

-2/3 × 5/5 = -10/15

4/15 × 1/1 = 4/15

Now, arrange these rational numbers in descending order

21/15, 4/15, -10/15, -30/15

7/5, 4/15, -2/3, -2
