7 + 5x - 3x = 21
or, 7 + 2x = 21
or, 2x = 21 - 7
or, 2x = 14
or, x = 14/2 = 7
Check :
LHS :-
7 + 35 - 21
= 7 + 14
= 21
RHS :-
