A few emotions I experience frequently are Happy, sad, angry, hurt, depressed, nervous, frustrated, bored, out of control.
In order to handle my emotions, first of all, I inhale and exhale. Then, I try to make myself busy in other works so that I forget it easily... Sometimes, I talk to myself and encourage myself not to feel the above mentioned emotions...
