⇒ Convert 1.75 kg into grams then divide it by 100, the remainder tells us how much remains in the pars.

Required :-

1.75 kg = 1750

⇒ 1750 ÷ 100

⇒ Quotient = 17 ; Remainder = 50

Answer :-

⇒ 17 vessels are needed to fill 1.75 of jam, 50 g of jam lefts.
