To find : the value of 5x + 6y

It is given that, the number is divisible by 3, 7 and 11.

∴ L.C.M. of 3, 7 and 11 = 3*7*11

                               = 231

5 digit number is 672xy.

As the xy terms are present in ten's place and unit's place. Its biggest two digit value will 99.

5 digit number will be 67299.

Now,  by dividing 67299 by 231, we get 78 as remainder.

∴ Required 5 digit number = 67299-78= 67221

∴ value of x=2 and y=1

So, 5x+6y= 5(2)+6(1)

                = 10+6

                = 16
