Answer:

3 classes must contain 140

n 5 classes must contain 139

Given:-

  • in school total number of student 1115
  • from 1st to 8th total student =1115
  • in every class number of student same

to find:-

how many students are there in each class

hence,

As we can see

there are 8 class

n totall number of students are 1115

For each class student we will divide this

 \frac{1115}{8} \\ \\ 139.37

as we can see ans in decimal number

3 classes must contain 140

n 5 classes must contain 139

there is not possibility of equal number student in each classs......

Therefore ,there are 139 students in each class.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the total number of students in each class be x.

Total number of class is 8.

According To Problem,

8 x=1115

⇒x = \frac{1115}{8}

⇒x= 139.37≈139

Therefore ,there are 139 students in each class.
