employees. There are four departments: project, sales and marketing, finance and
human resource. There is no rigid hierarchy of personnel. All employees except
the top management team are called associates. Project teams are constituted on
project basis and these teams set their own rules and procedures for getting
performance targets. When a project is completed, the team is dissolved and team
members join other teams. It is not necessary that the previous project leader is
appointed as the project leader of the next team as well.
Identify the type of organisation structure which the company has adopted and
