y - 2x - 3    = 0  => -2x + y =    3-----eqn 2

                                       3x - 7y = -10

eqn 2 multiply by 7 => -14x + 7y = 21

                                     - 11x        = 11

                                          x        = -1

Let x = -1 in eqn 1, we get -7y = -10 + 3

                                          -7y = -7

                                              y = 1
