since they are in ap

angles are a-d,a,a+d,

given:- a+d=108

=> a=108-d ..........(1)

sum of all angles in triangle is 180

=> a-d+a+a+d=180

=> 3a = 180

=> a = 60

from equation 1

d=108-60

=48

so the other 2 angles are 60-48 , 60

=> 12,60
