Step-by-step explanation:

As we know that the diameter of garden is 84 mtr

it means radius is = 42 mtr

so area of garden is = 22/7× 42×42

=> 5544

and it is also given that there is a round path of 3.5 mtr

so in this case redius becomes = 42-3.5 = 38.5

so area of smaller circle is = 22/7×38.5×38.5 = 4658.5

area difference = 5544-4658.5 = 885.5m²

not cost of 1m² = 20

so

885.5 × 20 = 17710 rs
