Let the first side be x then its adjacent

sides = x + 2.5

Now, in parallelogram ABCD

AB+BC+CD+AD=51m

x+2.5+x+x+2.5+x=51

4x+5=51

x=

 \frac{46}{4 }  =  \frac{23}{2}  = 11.5

AD=BC=x=11.5

AB=CD=x+2.5=11.5+2.5=14m
