Let the first side be x then its adjacent
sides = x + 2.5
Now, in parallelogram ABCD
AB+BC+CD+AD=51m
x+2.5+x+x+2.5+x=51
4x+5=51

AD=BC=x=11.5
AB=CD=x+2.5=11.5+2.5=14m
