Question :-

Two coins are tossed simultaneously 1000 times, and we getTwo heads : 210 times, One head : 550 times, No head : 240 times.

To find :-

what is the probability of getting:

(i) Two heads

(ii) One head

(iii) No head

Solution :-

(i) Here, total number of trials = 100 times

Number of heads got (H, H) = 21

P(E) =21/100

(ii) Total number of trials = 100 times

Number of exactly one head = 55

∴P(E) = 55/100 = 11/20

(iii) Total number of trials = 100 times

Number of head = 24

P(E)= 24/100 = 16/25
