B
Explanation:
By the first statement
We get,
A is at second place at the right of E
E have neighbors C and G
By the second statement
We get,
D is not sitting with A
By the third statement
We get,
G is the neighbor of F
This statement states that G is the left neighbor of E as if G would e the right neighbor then the statement would be G is the neighbor of A because in between A and E there is only one seat
So now we have only four seats left to be arranged
as per the fourth statement
F and D are the neighbors, D and H are the neighbors, and H and B are the neighbors.
So by forming a table we get,
B is third to the right of E.
