a) I will tell him disadvantages of tobacco and I will tell him the way how to get rid of tobacco.

b) I will tell him/her that you have to just 20 selfies a day and day by day I will less it. I will give him/her some health fitness work.

c) I will make a time-table I will do all my work of the day and in the end of the day in reward I will play half hour games. I will add some fitness work or any other work that I want to do it will decrease my game playing time
