Rainwater when come down is mixed with a number of gases and is contaminated (polluted). Therefore it conducts electricity. Whereas distilled water is pure . so it does not conduct electricity

Distilled water doesn't cinduct electricity . This is because , distilled water doesn't have any type if impurities present in it and hence it doesn't produce ions . So current doesn't pass through it .

On the other hand , rainwater conduct electricity because it has many type of impurities dissolved in it ( including salt & acids ) which breaks down into ions and hence gives electric current a path to flow .
