5v+15=2a+6

5v-2a=-9

2a=5v+9 equation 2

Multiply equation 1 by 2

2a-14=10(v-7)^2

5v+9-14=10(v-7)^2

5v-5=10(v-7)^2

v-1=2(v-7)^2=2v^2-28v+98

2v^2-29v+99=0

2v^2-18v -11 v+99=0

2v(v-9)-11(v-9)=0

(2v-11)(v-9)=0

v=11/2 which is not possible

v=9

Put this value of v in any of the above equations, you will get a= 27
