let no of 10 paise = x
let no of 50 paise = 70-x
0.10*x + 0.50*(70-x) = 19
0.10x + 35 - 0.50x = 19
0.40x = 35 -19
0.40x = 16
x = 16*100/40 = 40
No of 10 paise coins = 40
No of 50 paise coins = 70-40 = 30
