A person accused of a crime is considered innocent until proven guilty by a final decision of the court.
A person can't be blamed for any crime unless he/she is declared guilty by the court of law! till then, that person is just 'charged' of the crime...
If the decision is given by the subordinate court, by appeal the person can approach the High court and eventually Supreme court. But Supreme court's decision is the final decision and is thus the final decision!
