Answer

Water in human body is present in colloidal form. Water is bound with hdrophillic organic molecules in a highly fluid sol (like a gum paste) or less fluid gel (like fruit jam). This colloid forms the living material cytoplasm of body which is further bound by a cell membrane called the protoplasm . When the living entity of body tissues is intact, outright flow of water from living tissues against gravity or squeezing does not occur  Skin in contact with air is dead and dry outside but typically alive and ‘wet’ beneath. Skin continuously loses water vapours. Outright liquids like consumed water, blood plasma, bile, urine are bound in tubular (stomach, intestine, blood vessels and ducts) living tissues .
