\huge\bold{Answer}

\bold{Quantity\:of\:mortar\:=\:700kg}

\bold{Quantity\:of\:sand} = 53% of mortar

= 53% of 700

=371 kg

\bold{Weight\:of\:sand\:=\:371kg}

\bold{Weight\:of\:lime\:=\:129kg}

weight of Mortar= weight of sand+ weight of cement +weight of lime

Let the weight of lime be = \bold{x\:kg}

700kg = 371kg+129kg+ x kg

700kg = 500kg+ x kg

x = 700-500

x= 200

Therefore,

\bold{weight\:of\:lime\:=\:200kg}

\bold{Percent\:of\:lime\:in\:mortar} = 200/700×100= 28.571%
