The problems that may be arise due to excessive phone use are:

  • ALL OF THE ABOVE ( Headache, Problem in vision, Joint Pain )

But why?

  • Whenever phones are used excessively by talking, the blue ray coming out of the screen can cause Headache. Furthermore, continuous stare at screen may cause migrane attacks and subsequent headache.

  • Constant staring also causes refraction and lens error in the eye leading to vision errors.

  • Wrong way in holding phones can cause stenosing synovitis (or triggering thumb). They can also cause tendinitis and soreness in muscles around arm.

\star Hope It Helps.
