78 * 7  =  7 * 78  is called the commutative property for the operator  *  iie., multiplication,  over the real number set / group.

its perhaps  78 * 1 =  1 * 78  = 78
  This is called the identity property..  1 is called the multiplicative identity for the group of real numbers..
