She offers x/4 flowers at the 2nd temple. Then (x/2-x/4)=x/4 flowers left.

Lastly she offers x/8 flower at 3rd temple. Then she has (x/4-x/8)=x/8 flowers.

∴, x/8=3

or, x=24 flowers Ans.
