given question,
[(-8) ×(-3)] ×(-4)= [ 24]×(-4)= -96
(d) (-8) ×(-3) - (-8) × (-4)
     = (24) +8 ×(-4)
     = 32 ×(-4)
     = -128
-96≠ -128
so option (d) is the answer
