=8+6a-5a^2
=8-4a+10a-5a^2
=4(2-a)+5a(2-a)
=(2-a)(4+5a)

=[2-(p+q)][4+5(p+q)]
=(2-p-q)(4+5p+5q)
8+6(p+q)-5(p+q)^2
=8+6a-5a^2
=8-4a+10a-5a^2
=4(2-a)+5a(2-a)
=(2-a)(4+5a)
