8+6 (p+q)-5 (p+q)^2

let (p+q)=t
8+6t-5t^2

=> -{5t^2-10t+4t-8}

Let p+q=a---(1)
8+6(p+q)-5(p+q)^2
=8+6a-5a^2
=8-4a+10a-5a^2
=4(2-a)+5a(2-a)
=(2-a)(4+5a)
From(1)
=[2-(p+q)][4+5(p+q)]
=(2-p-q)(4+5p+5q)
