therefore, area of rectangle (door) =l×b

10×1=10m

length of the wall= 4.5m

breadth of the wall = 90m

area of wall = l×b

4.5 × 90=405m

therefor, area= area of wall- area of door

405 -10= 395m

given, cost of white washing wall per/m = 50

therefore, 50×395=19,750

tthe cost of white washing the wall is 19,750
