Answer:Rs. 1200

Step-by-step explanation:

Principal Amount = Rs. 1000       (Principal amount means the amount we borrowed)

Rate of interest = 10%              (This is the rate or percentage of interest)

Time = 2 years            (Time means the time for which we borrowed the amount)

Simple Interest = Principal  x Rate x Time / 100

=> 1000 x 10 x 2 / 100

=> 200 rupees        (remember that => means "it implies that")

amount to be returned = principal amount + simple interest

=> 1000 rs. + 200 rs = 1200rs.

therefore amount to be returned after the time of 2 years = Rs. 1200

Hope it helps you can write it as it is here and sorry if any spelling mistakes

Thank you

On Rs.100,interest charged for 1 year is Rs.15.

So,on Rs.10,000,interest charged=

 =  \frac{15}{100}  \times 10000 = rs.1500 \\  \\ interest \: for \: 2 \: years \:  = rs.1500 \times 2 = rs.3000

Amount to be paid at the end of 2 years

=Principal+Interest

=Rs.10000+Rs.3000=Rs.13000.
