Molecular formula of calcium phosphate is Ca3(PO4)2

Total Mass of Calcium Phosphate = 40*3 + 31*2 + 16*8

                                                        = 120 + 62 + 128

                                                        = 310 g

Mass of phosphorus = 31 g

Therefore, % of phosphorus in calcium phosphate = (31/310 *100)

                                                                                       = 10 %

Hence, the answer is 10%.
