(-3)m+1 x(-3)5 =(-3)^7

(-3)^m+1+5=7

m+1+5=7

m+6=7

m=7-6

m= 1

Step-by-step explanation:

 {( - 3)}^{m + 1}  \times  {( - 3)}^{5}  = {( - 3)}^{7}

{( - 3)}^{m + 1 + 5}  = {( - 3)}^{7}

according \: to \: law \: of \: exponent \\  {a}^{n}  \times  {a}^{m}  =  {a}^{m + n}

when \: bases \: are \: same \: powers \: will \: be \: equal

so

m + 1 + 5 = 7

m + 6 = 7

m = 7 - 6 = 1
